Spearmint Essential Oil

Cool, sweet and minty aroma, softer than peppermint. Refreshing, stimulating, antidepressant. Dilute 1:1 with a carrier oil such as Sweet Almond oil. A rich antioxidant, spearmint helps support the respiratory systems and may help open and release emotional blocks leading to a sense of balance and well-being.

Spearmint oil, USA has an intense warm, slightly green-herbaceous odor. It is penetrating and truly reminiscent of the crushed herb. It blends well with other mints and is surprisingly stable in soaps.
