Trauma Blend may help release buried emotional trauma as well as upsets due to accidents, the death of a loved one, assault, abuse, etc.  This blend of calming, grounding essential oils can help purge stress and uproot traumas that cause fatigue, anger, restlessness, and a weakened immune response.

Use NEAT - and diffuse or apply a few drops to the bottom of the feet, on the chest, behind the ears, on the forehead, and at the nape of the neck.  Apply along the spine Raindrop-style.
