This mix is undiluted, but comes with instructions on just how to dilute it according to your child's age and size. Very easy to do and a natural alternative to synthetic pharmaceuticals.

Use in the bath water, rub it on chest, back, throat and feet. Diffuse in the bedroom at night for easier breathing. Drip some on the corner of your child's pillow.

Approximately 300 drops in this 15 ml bottle, so contains many, many applications. Use in combination with Sweet Almond carrier oil.
