Add Multipurpose Concentrated Soap and water to make a wonderfully thick lathering soap for washing hands, body and hair.  The foamer is one of the best, if not the best on the market, for longevity.  These have worked the longest without the foamer top getting "stuck", of all of the types we have tested.
