I've had less plaque than ever on my last checkup at the dentist. Usually, the dentist always tells me I need to brush and floss better(I have inherited heavy plaque buildup), but this time, the hygenist didn't do near as much scraping and scratching. And - best part - they actually commented on less plaque build up than usual. I was thrilled. I've been using the Mint Teeth Cleaner for probably two years at this point. Sometimes I add a drop of Peppermint Essential oil or Four Thieves Essential oil blend to the Cleaner on my brush, but I'm convinced the Mint Teeth Cleaner does the job!
