We stand by our products. Benefit from quality aromatherapy products and pure essential oils at reasonably low prices.

Return Policy

We are convinced that you will be 100% satisfied with the highest quality, pure essential oils and aromatherapy products purchased from us. However, if you are not satisfied with our products for any reason, we want to know about it.

If there is a problem with the order, or if the package is damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order at owner@essentialoilshoppe.com and let us know. We will make it right.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on oils larger than 15ml/.5 oz, so if you are unsure of an oil, a blend, or therapeutic effectiveness, please try the 15ml/.5 oz or smaller sizes prior to purchasing anything larger. If a 5 ml size is available, it will be accepted for return. If a 5 ml size is not available, then only the next smallest size available will be accepted for return.

Essential oils are precious commodities, and since we cannot resell returned goods, and we do not wish to waste these natural resources we ask that you please try a small bottle prior to purchasing in bulk if you are a new customer.

A 20% fee will be charged on all items returned for reasons other than damage or incorrect shipping. This covers administrative costs for the return. If the original order qualified for free shipping, and items are returned, a nominal charge of $5 will be deducted for shipping charges.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE PREAUTHORIZED. If you need to return your purchase, please contact owner@essentialoilshoppe.com for return authorization.
